In short

  • Horovista runs Horovista. Your reading is prepared by an astrologer from the birth details you give, and reviewed before you receive it.
  • Astrology offers guidance, not certainty. It is never medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
  • Prices are in Indian rupees, as shown at checkout. You receive an invoice for every payment.
  • Before we start your reading you can cancel it; the refund is the amount paid less the payment partner's processing fee. See Refunds and cancellations.
  • Your reading is for you. Please do not resell or publish it.

1. Who we are

Horovista is run by Horovista. Readings on the main site are prepared by Aakash Verma. On an astrologer's own page on Horovista, the reading is prepared by that astrologer, and these terms apply in the same way. You can write to us at support@example.com.

2. What you get

Each report's page says what it includes: for example, a life reading, one area of life, horoscope matching, numerology, stone matching or a number check. You read it in your account, and as a PDF where the report includes one. Everything is delivered online; nothing is sent by post.

3. How your reading is prepared

1. We calculate your birth chart precisely from the date, time and place you give.
2. The astrologer prepares your reading from that chart.
3. The astrologer reviews it. Nothing is released to you before this review.
4. We email you when it is ready. Your order page shows each step and the expected time.

4. What astrology can and cannot do

Astrology is a traditional system of interpretation. A reading describes tendencies, timing and possibilities. It does not guarantee events. Decisions about your health, money, legal matters, relationships and safety remain yours. For those, please also consult a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact the emergency services.

5. Your details

  • Please give birth details that are as accurate as you can. If a detail was wrong, we offer a free correction, as Refunds and cancellations explains.
  • You may order a reading for another person, such as a family member, only with their permission.
  • How we keep and use your details is explained in the Privacy policy.

6. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Indian rupees, including any GST that applies. Where we show a price in another currency, you are charged the rupee amount shown at checkout.
  • Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
  • Your reading is prepared only after the payment is confirmed. An invoice is available in your account and linked from your order email.

7. Offers and discount codes

An offer or discount code applies as described where it is shown, and only while it is active. One code can be used per order. Codes have no cash value.

8. Changes, cancellations and refunds

These are set out in Refunds and cancellations. In short: before preparation begins you can cancel for a refund of the amount paid less the payment partner's processing fee; after that we offer a free correction; and if something went wrong on our side we put it right, or refund as the policy says.

9. Questions about your book

  • Once your book is delivered, you can ask short questions about it in your account. Answers come only from your book, with the chapter each comes from. They explain what your book says; they add no new prediction, and questions about health, legal matters, money decisions or the length of life are not answered.
  • Each month you get a few free questions. They start again on the 1st of each month (India time); questions not used are not carried over.
  • You can buy more as a pack. A pack is a one-time payment and never renews. Questions you buy never expire while your account is open. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and end if you delete your account.
  • Only an answer from your book uses a question. If your book does not cover what you asked, no question is used.
  • Packs are refunded only as the Refunds and cancellations policy says.

10. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your password. Please keep access to your email secure. You can download or delete your data at any time from Account & privacy. We keep invoice records for as long as the law requires.

11. Using your reading

Your reading is prepared for you, for personal use. Please do not sell, publish or share it publicly. The site's text, designs and images belong to us or to those credited on the Image credits page.

12. Emails and notifications

We email you about your orders, for example when we receive one and when your reading is ready. Other emails, such as your weekly guidance or our offers, are sent only if you choose them. You can stop them at any time from the email itself or from your account. Notifications on your device are sent only after you switch them on.

13. Our responsibility

We take care to prepare every reading accurately. If something goes wrong on our side, we will correct it, or refund you as Refunds and cancellations says. Our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when you placed it.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please write to support@example.com first, and we will do our best to resolve it. You can also reach our grievance officer, as set out in Grievance redressal.
