How your reading reaches you

Every reading is delivered online. Nothing is sent by post or courier.

• When your reading is ready, it appears in your account under My books, and we email you.
• Where your report includes one, the PDF is ready to download at the same time.
• Your order page shows each step. Most readings are ready within a few working days, because Aakash Verma prepares and reviews each one personally.
• There is no delivery charge.

Questions for your book

Packs of questions are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.

If you cannot find your reading

Look for our email in your spam or promotions folder, or sign in and open My books. Still missing? Write to support@example.com or use the Contact page with your order number.
